Third year B.F.A. 2011-12



All the students are here by informed that, the Second Contact Programme for Third Year BFA 2011-12 is being scheduled to commence from 02nd May 2011 to 11th May 2011 (10 Days).

Programme Details

i) Introduction session on 02nd May 2011 at 11.00 am.

ii) Theory Programme.

iii) Practical Programme.

iv) Special Guest Lecture and Demo.

v) Practical work Experience by students.

vi) Audio Visual Projection and Discussions by the Guest Faculty.

Venue : DMS-LKMS Campus, Mysore.

Time : 10.00 am. to 1.00 pm. and 2.00 pm. to 5.00 pm.-Daily.

(Including General Holidays)



Special Note :-

i) You shall have to submit the Second Phase of Practical Assignments as prescribed in the instruction note as per syllabus, while you are attending the contact programme without fail. Since there will be spot valuation.

ii) Regarding Exam Fees Rs. 800/- payable to Finance Officer K.S.O.U. Mysore. Examination date will be intimated in a seperate letter.

iii) Rs. 400/- as Material Cost for Practical Exam - Payable in cash in the office of the DMS. Lalitha Kala Maha Samsthana, Mysore.

iv) The Exam application forms will be issued at the time of this 2nd contact programme.

v) The Hall Ticket will be only issued to the eligible candidates, those who have submitted the three stage of submissions and contact programme attendance satisfactorily.

vi) Regarding Lunch arrangements those who are purchasing for all the ten days tickets @ Rs. 30/- perday will be supplied. No individual tickets will be sold on the Contact Programme period.



vii) SPECIAL NOTE : For Repeater students Exam Fees to be remitted Full Exam - Rs. 800/- (in favour of Finance Officer, KSOU, Mysore.

viii) For stay in Cottages, contact KSOU Engineering Dept. Rooms may be provided as per availability for men and (for women in working women's Hostel KSOU Mysore.)
